<p>My wife has been asking me: “What are we doing about Easter?”</p>
<p>I don’t know about you, but I have a million things on my mind…I am constantly studying, thinking of idea’s…and ways to solve problems. So, when she asks me this…I simply say, “I don’t know…what do you want to do?”</p>
<p>Admittedly, and this is just between us, I sometimes stop listening at this point.</p>
<p>I know, I know…Dr. Phil would tell me I’m an idiot, but sometimes I tend to do this. (What about you?)</p>
<p>Anyhow, this morning she asks me again…and I say, “Is Easter this weekend?” She’s like “YEAHHH! That’s why I keep bugging you about it!” LOL</p>
<p>So, #1, I almost NEVER know the Date…the time of day…and/or sometimes what day of the week it is. Seriously…I’m not even joking.</p>
<p>In NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), they call this, “BEING IN TIME”. We all experience it.  Some people are more “in time” than others. These people (in general) are usually easily distracted, have a ton of ideas, emotional/passionate,  and this is a GREAT characteristic when playing sports. They are associated to the moment.</p>
<p>IN business this is great for DOING things…horrible for getting a TON of things completed. SOOOO…I, myself, work off checklists to get a ton of things done. If I don’t have a checklist I will be all over the place.</p>
<p>Btw- I do this very well…but it’s because I now KNOW myself and how I learn and work. I didn’t know myself when I was in grade school, high school, and a portion of college.</p>
<p>If any of this sounds familiar…I hope this helps you…let me know.</p>
<p>The other characteristic of a person is someone who is  “THROUGH TIME”. Where they see their timeline out in front of them.</p>
<p>These people are usually more organized, detailed oriented, always time, and usually get extremely frustrated with people like myself;-)</p>
<p>My checklist forces my brain to see my timeline out in front of me and puts me “THROUGH TIME”. So…a reminder…we all do both…but we have a dominant mode.</p>
<p>The thing is this…I NEED organized people around me in order to run my organization… HOWEVER, they need to first see the way I operate as a gift…and vice versa…otherwise what happens is a lot of animosity builds up, blame occurs, and it’s not fun.</p>
<p>The funny thing is: my wife and I are very similar…not opposites…so it’s actually pretty hysterical. More on that at a later time.</p>
<p>The Second thing I didn’t know about is that my company Dentist Profits actually has a WEBSTORE!</p>
<p>I was tell thinking the other day, “I can’t believe we don’t have a working web store!” Because I know we’ve hired like 3 different people to put it up.</p>
<p>Thankfully, one of my managers told me that we actually DO have one…</p>
<p>That’s like having a bank account full of cash, but you aren’t collecting interest on that money! Seriously.</p>
<p>So… I went into our webstore and looked at what we have listed there…and to tell you honestly…the images aren’t perfect…and it’s a lil disorganized. BUT…the products kick ass.</p>
<p>SO, as a way of helping you out…I’m gonna start writing some killer articles or video’s  giving you tips on making money that comes out of these products. If you like it and it helps you, my guess is you’ll go buy it when you are ready.</p>
<p>But today, this blog is getting a lil long…so I’ll end it with my first recommendation if you are looking to check out the store today</p>

<p>You’ll learn how to take people out into the future beyond their current worries and concerns. This is critical, because one thing you’ll notice is that people hold all their objections, worries, and $$$ problems in the present.</p>
<p>Think about it: you and I are busy, have a LOT of things going on, and have a list of bills, or things you want to buy TODAY. However, we all cling to the idea that in 90 days, 6 months or 1 year, things will be better….right?</p>
<p>So, when selling, you need to bring people out into the future…and relieve them of all the burdens, fears, worries, they currently have…and let them fully associate to all the good feelings they will experience when they get the veneers, do implants,<br />
Have their entire mouth done w/ sedation dentistry&#8230;and it’s OVER, etc…</p>
<p>You see were I’m going? Now, here’s the thing; it’s easy to do, but you need to have things in the proper order, sequence, and timing. If one of these are off… the effect is gone.  Make sense?</p>
<p>On a personal note, there is nothing more powerful than being to fully move people in a direction that you want them to go…and make their objections completely disappear. It’s like magic…and more importantly…if you started doing this today…in 6 months you’d be a master and Case acceptance would skyrocket…which means cashola is flowing!</p>

We can use the power of the Internet as a new strategy to become successful in the field of dentist marketing. So questions like these would spring out of your thoughts:“How can the Internet lead you to success in dentist marketing?”;“What makes it fit to be a winning factor in dentist marketing?”. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In internal dental marketing, Invisalign is being promoted nowadays for patients who needs whiter, stronger teeth. They come to me and I ask them what their ultimate goals are, and we have Invisalign as a solution for them to help them get straighter teeth. But how do we market Invisalign in internal dental marketing? Or how do we attract more patients to accept Invisalign cases in internal dental marketing? In this article, I will discuss to you the ways to market this solution to your patients.</p>
<p>By far, the best way to market this solution to patients in internal dental marketing are in 2 ways: first, through your staff; and second, through Invisalign Open House.</p>
<p>#1) Your Staff&#8230;.</p>
<p>In promoting Invisalign in internal dental marketing, your staff has to be educated and trained to talk to every single patient who express interest in having straighter, more attractive teeth, and also educated and trained to help ask people identify their problem. Wendy Briggs, who is the president of Hygiene Diamonds and Brilliance Inner Circle, is one of the smartest people I&#8217;ve ever met and one of the most trained people in improving your hygiene profitability and getting your hygienists and assistants to work in unison and it helps sell more sort of dentistry for the doctor. What she says a lot too is that she has a “magic question” for every single patient who walks through the door (and who becomes a new patient). She asks them a simple question: “On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your smile?”. The patient would wonder and would give various answers. Some may say 6, some 4, others 2, or a 7 maybe, but it really doesn&#8217;t matter, because the next question is: “What would make it a 10?”. And we, as a dental team, listen to the patients. The moment they start talking about how they like to have straighter and/or whiter teeth, we take down notes and through this we can create a good package of information and regurgitate it back and sell the treatment. The staff also needs to know the core benefits of Invisalign; like it&#8217;s invisible, removable and it allows more people to feel more confident instead of wearing the traditional metal braces.</p>
<p>#2) Invisalign Open House&#8230;.</p>
<p>The next thing to do to market Invisalign in internal dental marketing is to do the Invisalign Open House. Now what we found with our doctors is that many of them have $25,000, or $50,000, or $100,000, or even $250,000 dollar a day by doing Invisalign Open House. So when you think about this there are two things that you should follow:</p>
<p>l First, you have to be able to market your Invisalign day appropriately. What I find a lot of people do, their big mistake is that they decide to do the open house, but they send out a mailer to their existing patients, and they get maybe 1 to 3 phone calls. That&#8217;s kind of expected, because if your going to do an entire open house, and you have an opportunity to make $5000 a case or say $15,000 net per case, you need to throw more money at it than just one little postcard. And you need to have your staff get people to come to it, to get worth a mile going. So what I recommend with all our doctors who plan to do Invisalign Open House is: you have to start planning the promotions of it 4 or 5 weeks minimum in advanced, because what I want to do is to get 2 to 3 direct mail pieces to my existing and inactive patient base in that time (so once a week for the first three weeks to promote it); if you have e-mails, you should definitely go and just send out e-mails, and if you have phone numbers, either you&#8217;re going to physically call everybody or just do a voice broadcast (which will go out to every single home and it will share with people the details and where to call).</p>
<p>l Second, when you do Invisalign Open House, what you do is to have two schedules for the event, instead of just one. Why? Well, this is because you can use the same marketing dollar to promote both events, and that&#8217;s one thing. The other thing is that some people who can&#8217;t make it, let&#8217;s say, on a Wednesday night, are going to be able to make it on a Saturday between 10:00 and 1:00. So you&#8217;re going to open up a dual option where people like that and they can choose more dentistry.</p>
<p>So these are the things that you need to remember to market Invisalign to your patients in internal dentist marketing. And if you have a lot of Invisalign patients, they refer more than traditional patients do, and also choose more cosmetic dentistry!</p>

But what makes one to be successful in internal dental marketing business? Well, the important factor to be successful in the internal dental marketing business is SPEED!</p>
<p>As we all know it, the way to make BIG money and lots of it in just about anything in life ( in any kind of business, marketing, etc. ) has to do with speed. So is it in internal dental marketing. You want to have more and more money, then you need to do the activities necessary that enables you to have more of it faster. As you can see, this sounds too simple, doesn&#8217;t it? The reason is because it is!</p>
<p>THE PROCESS&#8230;.<br />
To make good money in internal dental marketing, you have to have the process of creation. It&#8217;s simple:<br />
1) Idea – First off is for you to have an idea on how you would go for your goal.<br />
2) Knowledge – Then the next thing you do is for you to acquire the knowledge required to execute your idea.<br />
3) Resources – You then get the resources ( people, etc.) needed to do it for you&#8230;or help you implement it.<br />
4) Fire! - Then move quickly&#8230; and fire, fire, fire!<br />
5) Feedback – Get the feedbacks from the results that you have achieved. Be it good, bad, ugly&#8230;it doesn&#8217;t matter at all!<br />
6) Re-evaluate – You then re-evaluate, then re-aim, and again FIRE, FIRE, FIRE!</p>
<p>The only other factor in this process is how quickly you implement things! In internal dental marketing, the person who moves quickly creates new end results&#8230; then re-evaluates&#8230; and he/she may be on the 4th revision while the other person is on step 3 of their first shot at it.</p>
<p>TAKE FAST ACTION!</p>
<p>Therefore, in internal dental marketing, the person who moves faster becomes 10 times more successful, as he/she is 10 times wiser. Always remember that “wisdom is created through experiential knowledge, and not book knowledge”. A person who is a Harvard Grad might be brilliant&#8230;. but is not necessarily WISE!</p>
<p>This is why speed is very important in internal dental marketing. It is the only variable that can accelerate this process. Eliminating the things that are holding you back, and moving “beyond” them requires action. And what I&#8217;ve found is that FAST ACTION always works best! It gives you less time to over-think, less time to worry, and also less time to become static. Identify your top 3 most vital actions that you MUST take in order to get you closer to your goals, and do them today. NOW! This second! After all, if you don&#8217;t do them now&#8230; when will you?! So take action, speed up, and be successful in your internal dental marketing business.</p>

Should I go for Internet (or On-line) Dental Marketing, or Off-line Dental Marketing?” Well, my answer to this question is both and/or neither. It would be up to you if you would choose either Internet or off-line dental marketing. Both kinds of dental marketing have their own advantages. In this article I would discuss to you the benefits of such dental marketing strategies.</p>
<p>For Internet/On-line Dental Marketing :</p>
<p>As my prediction for the next three years, there would be a big possibility that the patients would go for on-line dental marketing, where these patients will try to reach their dentists through the Internet. We can estimate that to around 80% of the patients reaching and even finding their dentists through the World Wide Web. Just think about it. If you throw a question to, let&#8217;s say, around one hundred people, asking them where they would get their directions, research information and choose new service provider, roughly around eighty to ninety of them would say I just had to “google it”. You see, going on-line would spare them the time going from one location to another. Let&#8217;s say, for example, if a person would like to see the latest version of a certain cellphone (like Nokia, or Motorola, or whatever). Wouldn&#8217;t it be much easier for him/her to just go and check it out in the Internet in the comfort of his/her own home, rather than go to his local shop a few miles away? This would save him/her time and energy, don&#8217;t you agree? This is just like in the field of Internet or On-line marketing. It&#8217;s much easier for patients to reach their respective dentists on the Internet. Going on-line would save them the time and energy that they would need to go from their home to their dentist&#8217;s office. Reaching their dentist is just within the click of a button!</p>
<p>For Off-line Dental Marketing :</p>
<p>Like on-line dental marketing, off-line dental marketing has its advantages as well. The traditional way of reaching people still works for dental marketing. Personally, I love to go for free standing inserts. It is because this is one of the best, most affordable and also cost effective ways to do external dental marketing. In here, you can target ideal and potential patients, niche or target out your insert, or give an attractive offer to them straight to your office. You can also go for direct mail. You see, people will always have there mail boxes available, where they would await for any mail to come to their residences. We see the diminishing number of people reading the daily newspapers, listening to their radios, and viewing their television sets. But not direct mailing. People still continue to wait for their messages in the traditional mail box, which , in my belief, will never go away. But if they want to get straighter, whiter teeth and they want it now (and they&#8217;re candidates for veneers and any other kinds of services that we offer), then we can present the whole treatment plan right then and there. So one of the things that I like to teach the doctors is that you can start sub-niching your practice. Go after your patients with problems and have cosmetic dentistry as the solution for them.</p>
<p>#2: Go For “Lead-Generation Marketing”!</p>
<p>The second way to promote your cosmetic dentist marketing business is to do what I call the “lead-generation marketing”. And what I mean by this is that you advertise your services. With advertising you actually help people identify you as a good cosmetic dentist by overwhelming them with “before and afters” proof, wherein you can educate them through DVD&#8217;s, powerpoints, and also through the Internet. This, in my mind, is the future of dentistry and how it is going to be sold. You have the options of educating your patients through seminars, local workshops, or you can actually have the Internet as your option and educate them on-line.</p>
<p>#3: Open The “Floodgates” To Your Patients!</p>
<p>The third way to promote cosmetic dentist marketing is to open the floodgates to your patients. What I see with a lot of doctors is that they have associates, or a couple of associates, and they open the floodgates to their new patients and they just get the patients coming in. Then 1 out of 10, or 2 out of 10 patients that came in are going to want cosmetic dentistry or more of high-end restorative dentistry. And if you&#8217;re the boss and you won the whole practice, you can be the one who gets that business or that patient.</p>

Remember, you can sub-niche your practice, then you can go for lead generation marketing through advertising, and then open the floodgates to your new patients. Or how do you attract more patients to accept Invisalign cases in dental marketing? In this article, I will discuss to you the ways to market this solution to your patients.</p>
<p>The best way to market this solution to patients in dental marketing are first, through your staff; and second, through conducting Invisalign Open House.</p>
<p>The Staff:</p>
<p>In promoting Invisalign in dental marketing, you need staff that&#8217;s educated and trained to talk to every patient who express interest in having straighter, more attractive teeth, and also educated and trained to help ask people identify their problem. Wendy Briggs, president of Hygiene Diamonds and Brilliance Inner Circle, has a “magic question” for every single patient who walks through the door (and who becomes a new patient). She asks them: “On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your smile?”. The patient would give her various answers. Some may say 6, some 4, others 2, or a 7 maybe, but it really doesn&#8217;t matter, because the next question given to them would be: “What would make it a 10?”. And we, as a dental team, listen to their answers. The moment they start talking about how they like to have straighter and whiter teeth, we take down notes and through this we can create a good package of information and give it back and sell the treatment. The staff also needs to know the important benefits of Invisalign; it&#8217;s invisible, removable and it allows more people to feel more confident!</p>
<p>Conducting Invisalign Open House:</p>
<p>Another thing you can do to market Invisalign in dental marketing is to conduct Invisalign Open House. When you think about this there are two things that you should follow:</p>
<p>1) You have to be able to market your Invisalign day appropriately. The big mistake that a lot of people do is that they decide to do the open house, but they send out a mailer to their existing patients, and they get 1 to 3 phone calls. That&#8217;s kind of expected, because if your going to conduct an entire open house, and you have an opportunity to make $5000 a case or say $15,000 net per case, you need to throw more money at it than just one little postcard. And you need to have your staff get people to come to it. So what I recommend with all our doctors who plan to do Invisalign Open House is: you have to start planning the promotions of it 4 or 5 weeks minimum in advanced, because what I want to do is to get 2 to 3 direct mail pieces to my existing and inactive patient base in that time (so once a week for the first three weeks to promote it); if you have e-mails, you should definitely go and just send out e-mails, and if you have phone numbers, either you&#8217;re going to physically call everybody or just do a voice broadcast (which will go out to every single home and it will share with people the details and where to call).</p>
<p>2) The next thing is when you do Invisalign Open House, have two schedules for the event, instead of just one. And this is because you can use the same marketing dollar to promote both events, and that&#8217;s one thing. The other thing is that some people who can&#8217;t make it on a Wednesday night, are going to be able to make it on a Saturday between 10:00 and 1:00. So you&#8217;re going to open up a dual option where people like that, and they can choose more dentistry at the same time.</p>
<p>So these are the things that you need to remember to market Invisalign to your patients in dental marketing. And if you have a lot of Invisalign patients, they refer more than traditional patients do, and also choose more of cosmetic dentistry!</p>
